Yes, we're going to try an in-person meeting this month! Our last meetup was back in February 2020, before the COVID-19 pandemic ramped up, so it'll be great to see some of our club members in person again :)
What: Vancouver Pen Club August 2022 meeting
Where: the Branch Meeting Room (located in the basement) of the Vancouver Public Library's KITSILANO branch at 2425 Macdonald Street (between Broadway and West 8th), Vancouver, BC.
Date: Thursday August 18, 2022
Time: 6:00pm to 8:30pm (please note: we have to leave the room by 8:30pm, as per the library's room rental policy).
Topic: Newest Acquisitions
Note: A lot of public libraries in the Lower Mainland are encouraging the use of masks inside their facilities, especially if you cannot practice social distancing. We may (or may not) get a big turnout for this meeting, so I would suggest bringing a mask to wear. If you (or a close contact) are sick, or if you are required to self-isolate, please sit this one out.
