Newest Acquisitions (Virtual "Show & Tell") ~ part 478

(This fountain pen model has been reviewed on our website already, so this isn't another review...but as its colour is associated with Easter, I thought I'd post it today :)

I bought this beautiful Kaweco Collection AL Sport in "Vibrant Violet" from Shelina at Charals via their online store. The "Vibrant Violet" was the second addition to the Kaweco Collection (limited production runs -- only available to order for 12 months from release date)---note the "Kaweco Collection" engraving on the barrel. It was part of the 2021 Spring Collection, so I was fortunate to have found one in late 2022.

I hadn't visited Charals in person since the pandemic started, so I was very sorry to hear about Al's passing last year 😢. Their lovely store is still going strong, though, and is open six days a week -- Monday to Friday from 10am – 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 10am – 5pm (closed Sundays & all public holidays).
